It’s been seven months since I last wrote anything on here. It’s almost the same length of time since I last did anything with a camera.
November and December were taken up converting our garage into a ‘bar’. After work and weekends were spent turning a single brick shambles of a garage into a nice comfy space to have a drink, play darts and board games or watch a movie.
My Mum fell ill in January and has needed a lot of care since. She now has actual qualified carers, but we still have to go over at least twice a day. We also have our Granddaughter three days a week. And, here was me looking forward to life slowing down.
We did get time for a day at the zoo over Christmas, and I managed to take a grand total of three photos. It was cold, damp and grey. The animals did the sensible thing and stayed indoors.
Last month brought some clear(ish) nights, so I did manage to get the scope out a couple of times before the clouds came back.
Sadly, not enough time or clear skies to get anything I’m happy with.
So, almost seven months and nothing really worth posting or writing about. Hopefully that will change soon.
